In October 2014, Greg Woods and Don Voss met as assigned officials for a football game in Ladera Ranch in Orange County, CA. Sharing a strong work ethic, integrity, the drive to communicate openly and with precision, and, most importantly, to make all the right calls, Greg and Don worked very well together and have since officiated hundreds of football games, from Pop Warner through High School Varsity, including the playoffs. Over time, they became close friends and frequently discussed combining their sporting teamwork and tenacity in the business world.
Combining Greg's analytics and thriving cost recovery and contract compliance audit experience with Don's finance, operations, sales and marketing expertise, they focus on helping businesses gain competitive advantages and directly increase bottom line profitability.
Amidst COVID and the upended economy, Greg and Don discussed career objectives and plans for the second half of their careers.
